Options for lightweight profile installations
As we mentioned in a previous article, it is common for a lightweight profile installation to be made on four rolled steel columns and several full-length stringers (also made of steel) that connect the columns together. However, sometimes this cannot be done in this way due to lack of space in the customer's warehouse.
Other options for supporting a lightweight profile
In the previous article, the solution was to make and install brackets on which the lightweight profile would be installed, but this is not the only option. The installation can also be done with a box girder from side to side of the warehouse, on which the lightweight profile will be suspended, as you can see in the images.
In this way, we also avoid having to put pillars on the ground and thus provide the lightweight profile with greater maneuverability and the customer with space savings, as there are no obstacles.
